Limitless: Another Point of View and Dark Matter: A Nightmare Before Midnight at Mercer Labs
Roy Nachum, an Israeli contemporary artist who designed the artwork for Rihanna’s eighth studio album Anti, opens two interactive exhibitions at Mērcer Labs in Downtown Manhattan. Limitless explores the challenges and possibilities technology has opened in art and what it means to live in the digital age. This exhibition is on view now until Nov 11th, 11 am – 7 pm.
Dark Matter recently opened and will remain open through Oct. 31st, Thursday through Sunday 8 pm – 12 am. This multi-sensory, PG-13 experience explores the depth of the human psyche and paranormal expression through 15 diverse installations. Throughout Dark Matter, an audio-visual dialogue highlights strong contrasts between light and dark, through the use of groundbreaking technology, 8K projections, infinity installations, painting, and robotics.
Tickets are $52 for Adults, $46 for Students, Seniors and Youth, and children 3 and under get in free.
Edges of Ailey at The Whitney
Edges of Ailey, open at The Whitney now through Feb. 9, 2025, is the first large-scale museum exhibition celebrating the life, dances, influences, and enduring vision of choreographer Alvin Ailey. Presented at the Museum in two parts, Edges of Ailey consists of an immersive exhibition in the Museum’s 18,000 square-foot fifth-floor galleries—featuring works by more than 80 artists including Jean-Michel Basquiat, Romare Bearden, Faith Ringgold, Alma Thomas, Jacob Lawrence, Rashid Johnson, Kevin Beasley, Kara Walker, and others. There will also be an ambitious suite of performances in the Museum’s third-floor theater, including AILEY in residence for one week each month during the exhibition. Tickets are $30. Book here.
Invisible Worlds at The American Museum of Natural History
Explore nature’s hidden realms in the interactive Invisible Worlds exhibition at the American Museum of Natural History, located in the Museum’s new Richard Gilder Center. Ongoing, open Monday through Sunday, 10 am – 5:30 pm explore all the networks of like at all scales where you will become part of the story as your movements affect the projections around you.
INTER Immersive
Located at 415 Broadway, this one-of-a-kind exhibition, INTER Immersive, is full of endless opportunities. From mind-bending art installations to immersive adventures connect with the beauty, laughter, and power lying within you.

Field of Light at Freedom Plaza
Stretched across six acres in Manhattan, 18,750 lowlight, fiber-optic stemmed spheres illuminate with a slow subtle change of hue. Made possible by The Soloviev Foundation, Field of Light at Freedom Plaza welcomes guests free of charge. Guests are immersed in the installation as they walk a winding path through the ethereal painted landscape framed by the city’s iconic skyline and the East River waterfront.
Open now through November 2nd: Thursday – Saturday, 7:30 pm – 10:30 pm and November 7th through the 30th: Thursday – Saturday, 6 pm – 10 pm.
