DEZER DEVELOPMENT’s BENTLEY RESIDENCES IN MIAMI features what could be one of the most unique features a residence like this could ever offer: the Dezervator. This elevator, designed by and named after Dezer Development, allows residents to drive in from the street and be transported directly up to their apartments.

“When we started with the Porsche Design Tower, we came up with this elevator concept to bring your car into your living room, but later on found out that the majority of our buyers just loved the idea of being able to come and go from their apartments without asking for assistance with the valet, and seeing people in the lobby and that level of privacy that is done when the building staff knows every one of your movements. By placing the cars adjacent to the unit as well as having oversize balconies with swimming pools, we’ve really created what we believe to be a home in the sky,” says Dezer Development CEO Gil Dezer.

Dezer Development has been credited with “the rebirth of Sunny Isles,” and Bentley Residences is just one part of this rebirth. “I think without a doubt, the Porsche Design Tower really got us a tremendous amount of attention internationally and helped bring this attention to Sunny Isles and our neighboring projects,” Dezer adds.

As of January 2023, Bentley Residences is 40% sold. The building is expected to be finished by 2026. The residences, starting at $5.25 million, feature amenities like Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal views from floor-to-ceiling windows, 3 and 4 car garages connected via the Dezervator, private swimming pools, and much more. These residences are truly the height of luxury in Miami.

Bentley Residences also features more 20,000 square feet of luxury amenities, from movie theaters, to cigar lounges, to spas- even a whiskey bar.

Bentley is the second luxury car company that Dezer Development has partnered up with. “After the incredible job we did at a Porsche Design Tower, every single car brand has reached out to us to do a repeat and we felt that Bentley Motors was the closest brand to our buyer profile.”

It seems that luxury-branded residences are the future of development. “Having a brand directly on the building benefits many people in many different ways. Starting from the buyer, it allows the buyer to understand the look, feel and aesthetic that they will be receiving in the building,” says Dezer. “For the brand, it allows them to have an iconic piece of architecture to show the strength of the brand. So, I definitely see this trend continuing.” DT
