Time to dust off your Sunday best, because Easter is on April 20 this year. If you want to celebrate the spring holiday with a meal at one of Lower Manhattan’s best restaurants, these six downtown spots are offering special brunch and dinner menus:
La Marchande (88 Wall St.)
Easter brunch offerings at the Wall Street Hotel’s elegant French restaurant include endless croissants, pain au chocolate, fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail, pâtés, cheeses and more. Live music and an optional bloody mary bar or champagne buffet for the table will be sure to get the party started. Reserve your table here.
Delmonico’s (56 Beaver St.)
For brunch with a side of history, you can enjoy a one-of-a-kind meal at America’s first fine dining restaurant – the place that invented eggs benedict! An Easter brunch menu will be available between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m., and from 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. you can enjoy an a la carte dinner menu featuring all of your Delmonico’s favorites. Make your reservation here.
The Frenchman’s Dough (96 South St.)
In addition to its regular Italian-inspired menu, choose from a selection of à la carte specials available from 12 to 8 p.m. like a warm seafood salad, veal milanese, crunchy eggplant parmesan and espresso crunch ice cream.
T. Brasserie (96 South St.)
In addition to their regular a la carte menu items, Jean-Georges’ Seaport brasserie will offer special Easter brunch items including lobster scramble, lamb, green asparagus and lemon tart. Reserve your spot ahead of time.
Mezze on the River (375 South End Ave.)
For a scenic brunch on the Hudson, head to Mezze on the River for the holiday. You can enjoy a prix-fixe Easter brunch for $55 per person that includes a selection of appetizers for the table, like crab croquettes, chilled spicy cucumber salad and shrimp cocktail, one brunch entree per person, plus macarons and chocolate lava cake for the table. For the hungrier families, there’s also an Easter dinner option that will only set you back $85 per person for a four course prix-fixe menu. Reserve a table for brunch or dinner here.
Lower Manhattan (89 South St.)
Make plans to visit Jean-Georges’ upscale seafood spot for brunch or dinner on Easter Sunday. Special brunch offerings include pea fritters, lamb and lemon tart, in addition to the Fulton’s regular menu. Snag a spot between 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. here.
