The master bath also has its own fireplace.

The family floor is illuminated by two oversized skylights. In it there is a separate built-in entertainment system, a small windowed office with a storage closet and a limestone/mosaic half-bath. The garden floor boasts a brand new kitchen, while the parlour floor above has a Juliet balcony off the living and dining rooms providing views over the landscaped garden.
