Dean Friedman is a consummate performer who’ll appear solo and will have his ukulele, guitar and keyboards on hand to share his storied four-decade career and songs that we love. He packs sold out performances across US, UK & Ireland with 26 upcoming concerts.
Friedman has achieved legendary, pop-icon status, with nine albums to his credit. His songs have been covered by The Barenaked Ladies, Ben Folds Five, Ariel Pink and the Blenders. Steve Page of the Barenaked Ladies sang background vocals on his album.

Friedman’s diverse set of music weaves the ordinary into an extraordinary fabric of stories, sometimes spoken, or whispered, compelling as always drawing joy into the presence of everyday life. In an interview with DOWNTOWN Magazine says he chooses to view life in the now, as a reminder of what it has to offer us, a reminder that we are to be awake, to listen, to experience it all. Dean Friedman hails from a musical family and his own son Sam Friedman, is a world renowned harmonica player who has shared the stage with his father. Both have made their music the soundtracks to films, television and animated shows. Additionally, his daughter and wife have also joined him on his albums as backup singers or musicians.
