Barry’s, the iconic fitness studio known for its sweat-inducing HIIT workouts, hosted a pop-up fitness class for Silverstein Properties tenants on the 80th floor of 3 World Trade Center last week.

The class, which had 80 Silverstein tenants in attendance, celebrated the upcoming opening of Barry’s Wall Street location, slated to open in the next few months. Participants were led by veteran Barry’s instructors Lindsay Clayton and Amber Rees in a 45-minute high intensity bodyweight workout, featuring some signature Barry’s class moves: squats, rows, lunges, and burpees.

Barry’s opened its first New York City studio in 2011 in the Chelsea neighborhood, bringing its signature “Red Room” experience to The Big Apple. The brand then expanded to the Hamptons the following year with a studio in Wainscott. Barry’s now has 9 active studios in New York City, and it continues to grow its footprint, with locations in Long Island City and FiDi opening in the coming months.

After participants enjoyed the workout and sweeping Lower Manhattan views, they refueled with post-class bites from local favorites, including Eataly, Fogo de Chao, and Sweet Lu’s baked goods.
