Charitable organization DIFFA–Design Industries Foundation Fighting Aids–“grants funds to organizations providing treatment, education, and assistance for people impacted by HIV/AIDS, homelessness, hunger, and mental health issues.” One of the ways they raise awareness and donations is through their three-day design showcase event, DIFFA by Design, recently held at NYC’s Center 415.
This year, Jeffrey Beers International and Maya Romanoff debuted The Astral Bar at DIFFA by Design, a 100 square foot installation boasting a mix of geometric and cosmic forms, created to show “an elegant depiction of hospitality travel in space in the coming future.”
